We founded this association out of necessity, heartfelt needs, the desire to make a difference and some experience in multicultural coexistence.
The association is actually just the legal and logistical framework for what we have been practicing for years, namely living and working together in a respectful and mindful way, regardless of country of origin and cultural or educational background.

Despite all the benefits that this influx of refugees has brought, which should also be seen as a human and cultural enrichment, we have also experienced that the streams of refugees that have reached and are still reaching our country pose a number of challenges for us all.

In the process, we found out and sometimes it turned out that we actually have so much to give each other.
Such good interactions have arisen precisely at the interfaces where it is particularly valuable and necessary in today’s world, for example in job procurement, translation or interpreting, the provision of labor, etc.

We would like to pass on these positive experiences from our network, which has grown in the meantime.
